Equipment for setting required pressure PUM-100M, PUM-60M, PUM-40M

Purpose

The press universal small-size (pressure setter) the PUM-100M, PUM-60M, PUM-40M models (manometrical), productions of Ltd company "Gidrogazkomplekt, are applied to a task of required hydraulic or pneumatic pressure, depression for carrying out checkings of devices of measurement of pressure (pressure sensors, manometers, vacuum meters, compound pressure gages, differential pressure gages, etc.) by method of checking of indications, a model gage with calibrated, to molding of tightness of different technical products and systems (cranes, latches, valves, etc.) and also as the mobile source of a task of pressure for laboratory and production needs which is not demanding connection of outside communications.

Uniqueness of PUM-100M, PUM-60M, PUM-40M consists in their universality, i.e. an opportunity to create both the excessive pressure, and discharge. We recommend to watch the video.

Prime area of application of press for a task of pressure PUM-100M, PUM-60M, PUM-40M - as the auxiliary device to devices in bodies of the public metrological service and at the industrial enterprises which are releasing and operating pressure gages. The press has no measuring part, and is not subject to obligatory certification. The limit of an admissible main error is defined by accuracy rating of a model gage.

We recommend to use PUM-60M on air for creation of pressure of 1000 kPa and below. In this range of pressure of a press provide exclusive smoothness of adjustment and completely replace siphon the press. Thus getting this press you actually get three press!!! 1. The press creating discharge, 2. The press creating low pressures with a possibility of smooth regulation (the third sign after a comma). 3. The hydraulic press creating excessive pressure to 60 MPas.

We remind that the press is not a gage and is not subject to obligatory certification. For checking by a checking method, to a press, we recommend to buy our model gages the MO-05M manometer.

In total press of the PUM-100M, PUM-60M and PUM-40M series, are made of quality stainless steel (08X18H) and are equipped with two auto clamping jig. The calibrated device joins the auto clamping jig by effort of a hand and provides reliable connection to 100 MPas. Two stubs from auto clamping jig are reliably attached to a press by chains that the press excludes their loss in use. Each stub is supplied with a magnet by means of which the stub fastens to the basis the PUMA. The press is intended for long use, service life not less than 15 years. Reliability of a press is provided for sections of such materials as quality stainless steel, titanium and ceramics silicon nitrite.

The fixing level

The press of this series are issued in modification on TU 4212-008-00226218-2007 support. PUM on a support it is convenient for application in quality as figurative and stationary press, with a possibility of rigid fixing of a press to a horizontal surface, through pilot holes in a support. The fastening connecting a support and a press allows to unroll a press at any angle in the horizontal plane. Since September, 2012 the fixing level is added to fastening (a photo on the right). Is included in the standard package of a press, a set of spare rubber rings (sealants) and the operating manual (passport).

As the environment: air, water, oil, alcohol can be applied to transfer of pressure for PUM-100M, PUM-60M, PUM-40M (in the latter case it is necessary to use VNIINP 282 lubricant in a working part of the internal cylinder and piston, previously having removed regular lubricant).
